General access: Kiowa County Maverick Athletics on YouTube is the primary platform and Mavericks Athletics on Facebook is the secondary platform. Once KCHS know the format, the Media Center will post specific Facebook links (either Friday night or Saturday morning) for each court and the schedule for that court.

The chart below has areas marked in GREEN and YELLOW because several gating criteria remain in the yellow, but several have moved to the green. This has been a community effort. Our MJH Lady Buffalo Volleyball and Buffalo Football teams will travel to Leoti-Wichita County Thursday. Please note the early start times. Volleyball begins at 4:00pm. Football will begin at 5:00pm. See the photos for more details.

Meade is excited to host JH Volleyball tonight at 5:00 PM and HS Volleyball on Tuesday at 5:00 PM. Three teams will be here each night, so the district recommends that only family members attend to help limit attendance in the MHS Gym. Family members are also encouraged to sit together. All spectators are required by SPIAA League and district guidelines to wear masks for indoor activities. Matches may be stopped, if this guideline is not followed.
Meade Varsity and JV played in a round-robin tournament at SWH October 3rd.
The varsity swept the tournament taking first place. The JV went 4-1 placing them in a 3-way tie. After points and matches were counted the team took 3rd place.

Meade Varsity Lady Buffs win their first 2 matches to start the day at the SWH tournament.
Meade USD 226 was notified today that a student at the grade school had tested positive for COVID-19. Addtional quarantines will be notified by the health department.
MHS VB Please Note: Admittance to the VB matches at SWH tomorrow will be pass gate only. Each player and coach is limited to two people and those names are submitted via a pas list. You will not be able to attend if you are not listed on the pass gate. Good Luck Lady Buffs!
