Three of our MHS football players, Grayden Stapleton, Brock Keith, and Vincent Lynn, were awarded a beautiful medallion for their work with our Meade Rec football players. The award was given as part of a Meade County Initiative for going above and beyond, and giving back to the community. Congratulations Grayden, Brock, and Vincent!

MJH/MHS Pep Band Sub-State Information:
Our MJH/MHS Pep Band will perform at the Sub-State Championship game tomorrow, Saturday, March 4th. The game is schedule for 5:30pm CST.
*The bus will load from MJH at 1:30pm. It should arrive at MHS to begin loading at 1:45pm. The bus will depart for Syracuse from MHS at 2:00pm.

The Meade Recreation Commission is paying for admission into the basketball games on Tuesday, February 21st, for the community! 🏀
Meade Rec Basketball teams will be recognized during halftime of the Varsity GIRLS game. Players need to wear their jersey, sit in the stands with parents/team until recognition, and cheer loud for our Meade Buffaloes.

MJH Quiz Bowl News:
Our MJH Quiz Bowl team began their season strong! Yesterday, they traveled to Rolla to compete in their first meet and ended with five wins and three losses. They're off to a great start!
MJH SPIAA League Tournament Update:
Our Lady Buffs will advance to the championship game with a 27-16 win over Hodgeman Co.!
Our Buffaloes fell to Hodgeman Co. by a score 33-36. They will play for 3rd place Thursday evening.
